A. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping from $4.95

Expedited Shipping from $14.95

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Generally, shipments are in transit for 10 – 15 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Expedited Shipping: 7-10 business days.

C. Delivery Terms

We use Port Express to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@fashionssport.com

E. TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.

F. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

G. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

No Hassle Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) :

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@teejoyce.com, then then we will take care of you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should E-MAIL TO US FIRST – then we will give the direction on returning your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All our phone cases are hand printed by us here in the US.

We’d like you to know that how the colour of our cases appear on our website can occasionally be a little bit different from a finished case. This is normal.

How printed cases look can change based on lighting condition whether viewed in direct sunlight or interior lighting for example. 

How our cases appear on the website can also change based on what devices people are viewing them on, what display settings they are using, what brightness level they are viewing at, if the ambient light level is higher or lower. 

It's a challenge we spend a lot of time managing, and we do our best to make our cases look exactly how they appear on the website. But it’s impossible to be exact.

But you can rest assured all our cases are made with love and will be beautiful. Just like you.
